Since the new patch, I have noticed chat delay until the game ends, after that it comes back to normal. Sometimes even the messages get out of order when they appear.

Today its happening again after some days of everything working fine. Some other players who I faced in ranked games told me the same thing.
Yesterday I was in a 1v1 and unable to send a chat message while the game was paused. My opponent had paused the game, and was asking me if it was OK to unpause, but I had no way to confirm this. Tried to send 5 or 6 messages before I hit F3. I was able to chat in that game later and apologize but I still felt bad
