First I couldn’t type “Japan” in the Chat now i can’t type “French” in the chat it is censored. Remove this stupid filter. Make the "Baby filter " an option in the settings so 9 y old can turn it on. and we are adults here mostly. So basically players see a lot of ###### in the team chat and thinks the playerbase is toxic and wants to leave the game, and interact less.
Sorry they like to have control over that.
That’s why everything you do, is send to their server, giving a major delay sometimes for chat messages, so they can censored it.
Doing a quick test of this, I can’t seem to be able to reproduce it with either “Japan” or “French”.
Can you provide further details to our Support?

Hopefully they can use that information and account details to narrow down what exactly is making these phrases become censored for you.

I typed “no point in french fc” to my team mate when he fast castled. And i tried to correct it by typing “french fast castle” and it kept doing #####. And they thought i was being mean was also mean back to me . and whole interaction got toxic and he just left.
Me personally has played 4500 hours of AOE4 and the reason i started quitting instead of surrendering in team games is seeing a lot of #####. I don’t wanna chat after the game and see the whole toxic team mate blaming. but maybe it was the chat filter. When team mates are chatting in Chinese for example I can’t understand but I see a lot of #### and i know they are mad.
