Chat not showing up while spectating or watching recorded games

Issue:

While spectating a multiplayer game or watching a recorded game, chat cannot be seen by the specator.

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. spectate a multiplayer game/watch recorded game
  2. look to see if chat shows up

The issue is very well known for the time since DE came out. It is still not fixed for spectating live games. This bug is especially crucial for community and diplomacy matches, where the ability to see player’s chat is crucial for the viewers.

It also affects professional matches and tournaments, in which pro players also exchange messages during the game, which spectators can’t see.

Please, fix it.
