Chinaco charged throwing of spear doesnt happen

charged ability is not used at all

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. send card of IV age 15% hp chinaco and charge ability available
2. atack with a chinaco
   3.chinaco never will throw the spear at 3 range as it says
3. maybe because chinaco already has a 3 range, and that 3 ranged triggers the spear throwing, but as it cannot do it at the same time that atacking, the spear isnt threw
