Chinese does NOT construct defense buildings 50% faster

First off all the construction time for the Tower, Stone Tower, and Keep are LISTED at 50% LONGER than a standard construction time.

Secondly, each ACTUAL construction time by 1 villager is ONLY 33.333% FASTER than standard construction times.
Standard Tower construction time: 45s; Chinese actual construction time: 33s ish (should be 30s)
Standard Stone Tower construction time: 60s; Chinese actual construction time: 45s (should be 40s)
Standard Keep construction time: 120s; Chinese actual construction time: 90s (should be 80s)
