This problem exists from the game launch
When Chinese players use Chinese input method in the game, the hotkeys won’t work.
We have to switch to English or type the Caps Lock to play the game.
But do you realize, almost one quarter of the players is Chinese (come from the steam data).
So this problem is urgent.
Fix it please.

只要用中文输入法，快捷键就无法使用
我们一直只能切换成英文或打开大写才能玩。
但是帝国4的中国玩家几乎占了四分之一，这个问题不大但是很紧急
请尽快修复它！
