I don’t think the armies should be moved to the war academy as that would be too strong. But at the same time…
This is another reason the Russian Consulate blockhouse cost should be reduced like it was in ESOC Patch! The blockhouse contained all 8 armies!
150e blockhouse combined with the GFA exploration card would mean that it would be possible to open with a 90e blockhouse in age 2. As it stands now blockhouse costs 200e and cannot be used in early age 2 due to high cost.
