As you can see “Surdas” is the second monk sent using “Walk The Rice Paper” age 4 card, and after the age 4 Monastery upgrade tech “Slow Motion Routines” was researched, he doesn’t get the bonus of 40% critical strike and 40% disciple chance. I’ve tried researching the tech before and after sending the second monk. Same result.
It would be nice if this could be fixed so the Chinese second monk card could gain its full value. Thank you.
