Chrome on Laptop with switchable graphics - purchase box unavailable unless using Explorer

I normally use Chrome as my browser. I went to pre-order and it said I was unable to order because below minimum specs.

My default graphics on my laptop is below min spec but my gpu is above. The setting are locked by AMD Catalyst for some reason when you look at the browsers in the software.

Game is buyable using Explorer but not Chrome because of this.

If you can use the external GPU it should be ok, as long as your other specs (RAM, CPU) are ok.
