Issue:
On console, the Citadel building (that being the upgraded form of the Town Center) is missing command shortcuts that are normally available to Town Centers when hovering over it and opening the control wheel.
It should have the options to “Ring Town Bell”, “Construct a farm” and “Send livestock to this location”.
Instead, it only has “Send a nearby villager to this location and gather nearby resources”, which is usually reserved for dropsites and is not available to normal Town Center buildings.
