In languages with potentially longer words than English, the unique unit icons are not displayed due to too little space. Happens with not only German, but with every other language with longer words too. With German language enabled, this problem occurs with 10 civilizations.

Maybe you could fix the problem with not using all-caps font, which would also help readability.

(I love the new civ selection screen by the way!)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. select German as language
  2. open the civ selection screen

Some civilizations’ text in the new civ picker UI is too long. I play with the game in French; I assume this doesn’t happen in English or someone would have caught it. The longer ones, e.g. Celts, make the UU icon not display.
