:backhand_index_pointing_down: Civilization victory statistics are not counting to earn a civilization avatar.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

:play_button: REPRODUCTION STEPS

:backhand_index_pointing_down: List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Choose a civilization of which you didn’t earn its avatar.
  2. Conquer at least 35 times with that civilization
  3. Check if you earn the avatar of that civilization.
  4. Pick up the avatar
  5. Quit and reload the game
  6. Check if you still have the avatar

Check the pictures 1-7 in order

  1. Pic : Total victories counted as 7926
  2. Pic : Avatars of Ermanians are not active. A different avatar was selected.
  3. Pic : Ermanians selected for victories.
  4. Pic : Victories reached 7962. All with Ermanians.
  5. Pic : First Ermanian avatar became active and it is selected.
  6. Pic : After reloading the game, first Ermanian avatar is still selected but the number of victories reduced to 7926 again. All victories lost.
  7. Pic : Unfortunataly, first Ermanian avatar is still selected but it became inactive. If you select another avatar and want to select the first Ermanian avatar, you cannot select it again.

:backhand_index_pointing_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

After reaching the sufficient victories with a civilization, the related avatar to be earned and stay owned. It should stay activated.

I noticed that;

1- If you choose Armenians, the victories you achived are counting but when you reload the game they are all gone and you wont be able to take the Armenian symbols/avatars

2- If you choose Georgians, Jurchens or Khitans your victories are never counted.
