Which civilizations get higher scores as the game passes, especially late gamewise.
I see dutch and british with inflated scores during matches, sometimes portuguese too.

It depends on the situation in the sense that a player even with Ottomans could have some eco late game cards than another player who does not have them and therefore could have more score for exemple than an English or Portuguese. Of the same eco without great late game eco cards I would say India, Japan, China, certainly also Malta, Spain, Germans and even French not bad. Most of all I would say the Asian civilizations.
