Clan Creation Problem

Hi,

I’m facing a problem when I try to create a clan. The following message appears after fill all the form: “The caller has reach the limit of the number of clubs that can be joined.”

But today I’m part of no clan and never created one.

Can you guys help me?

The Clans feature is using Xbox Clubs. So while you may not be in an Age of Empires Clan, if you’re in too many Clubs that would stop you here. If you visit your Xbox Profile, it should list any Clubs you’re in.
