Clans would be good and would help players finding a team for team games.
Ideas I had would be to have a in game clan page kinda like the aoe3 home city . Where your clan gets season rewards, or clan wins 50 games, has so many members, they get rewards to decorate it. Clan banner that’s used in game. A chat lobby in there home city.
