When rebinding the Click-Drag Scroll hotkey to one of the extra mouse buttons (4 or 5), the input is treated as if it’s sticky (the scrolling remains active even when the button is released), which isn’t the behavior when a regular mouse button is used (scrolling ends when the button is released).
