The collapse animations are awesome BUT they need some tweaking for realism. Have the fire go out AFTER it collapses, not have the fire die immediately as it falls to ground. Not as realistic. Just add fire animation to rubble pile, then dissipate.
The dust clouds are my biggest concern with the collapse animations. They are obstructing units that move around/through collapsing buildings.
And there should be a on/off toggle for the entire animation. Don’t force ■■■■ like that on us.
That is a very good one which I agree with as it will benefit performance. Also blood can be enabled and disabled, so this should be optional too.
