Collecting crates with the "Børsen" tech doesn't quite work correctly

The automatic collection of resource crates using the Danish technology “Børsen” isn’t working quite right. The problem is that exactly one resource is always lost from each resource shipment. For example, if you send 700 units of wood, only 699 are added to the stock. If you send the “Stowage” card (300 units of wood, 300 units of coins), only 299 wood and 299 coins are collecten into the stock after collecting the crates, as can be seen in the following recording, where one unit of wood and one unit of coins are missing.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a new match with Denmark

  2. Research Børsen in the Customs House

  3. Send a resource crate shipment and let the towncenter collect it

The full number of resources should be provided (e.g., 300 units instead of 299 units, 700 units instead of 699 units).
