We need a public API so we can can look at the data and analyse our gameplays, progress etc.

Absolutely agreed, how is it available for aoe4, and not aoe3? When the developers can’t or won’t make us a ranked & match history website, why not allow us the opportunity to build our own?
It’s the least you could do! @devs.
This should be high up on priority. An RTS game is nothing withour statistics.

+1. Currently, there is only a leaderboard on the official website. I remembered StarCraft 2 not only had match history for every player, but also provided recorded game for every single game they played, and is accessible to everyone.
