We were talking about Arena games mostly and on Arena Turk meta is fast Imp or full boom into Cav Archer + BBC + Hussar…
Yes on Arabia-style maps they are “better” but they are about as viable as Arambai, locked behind building a Castle which means you need to gather 450-650 stone and your opponent does nothing about it.
No precisely on arena jannis are meta besides hussar ca bbc. It’s the single strongest castle age unit on this map. Fast imp is only common on a certain elo. On a decent level nobody does that bc it’s simply the worst arena strat you can do with arguably the best civ on this map.
