When you queue up these consulate armies, they have a different population cost than the population of the units you receive from the army.

    • British Expeditionary Force should cost 14 pop instead of 13.

    • British Expeditionary Army should cost 29 pop instead of 27.

    • Dutch Expeditionary Force should cost 14 pop instead of 13.

    • Dutch Expeditionary Army should cost instead of 17.

    • French Expeditionary Force should cost 15 pop instead of 18.

    • French Expeditionary Army should cost 30 pop instead of 27.

    • German Expeditionary Force should cost 13 pop instead of 12.

    • Ottoman Expeditionary Force should cost 13 pop instead of 12.

    • Ottoman Expeditionary Army should cost 27 pop instead of 25.

    • Russian Expeditionary Army should cost 30 pop instead of 26.

    • Spanish Expeditionary Force should cost 14 pop instead of 15.

    • Spanish Expeditionary Army should cost 29 pop instead of 28.

    • Portuguese Expeditionary Force should cost 15 pop instead of 14.

    • Portuguese Expeditionary Army should cost 27 pop instead of 25.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Queue Up The Army

  2. Notice the population cost of the units training are different than the population of the units once the army finishes training.

The Army should cost the same population when queued as when it finishes training.

As a side note I mentioned this bug in a discussion post but I thought I should put it here in the proper channel in case they are starting to update the game again.
