Content Editor - Where is it? (XBox app on PC)

I have read about every document from AOE 4 about where the Content Editor is on Xbox app.
Surprise, it is not there - I cannot see it anywhere.
Can someone tell me how to get to it so I can give it a go in creating a custom map?

Can’t help you to find it on Xbox App but you can try to locate it searching on your pc for EssenceEditor.exe
