Crashing problem when applying single data mode

After selecting Polish and Bohemian, apply data mode and start the game, it will bounce to the desktop
I only touched the unit stats, tech tree, and civilization bonus efficiency, and nothing like graphics.
No bouncing when playing without data mode applied.
But I’m so used to playing in data mode I can’t play with default balance.
Existing civilizations do not have a bouncing problem, only the two newly added civilizations.
I have no intention of playing multiplayer and I just want to play quietly in data mode by myself, so please fix it soon.
