Creating clan ÆØÅ counts as 2 characters and therefore does not allow for 5 characters! Bah

Issue:

æøåÆØÅ counts as two characters each. Possibly because of conversion from æ -> ae or å -> aa in the counting algorithm.

Reproduction Steps:

write æ/ø/å in the clan tag.
