Issue:Severe Multiplayer Instability and Forced Penalty After Match Failures
Since the latest DLC update, the multiplayer mode has become nearly unplayable. During matchmaking, teammates frequently fail to load into the match or instantly disconnect right after the game starts. As a result, I’m repeatedly unable to participate in any proper multiplayer sessions.
The most frequent and severe cases occur in 4v4 matches, where the entire lobby or both teams suddenly crash at once. When this happens, the game sometimes throws the following error:

I’m playing in Japan using a wired Ethernet connection with extremely stable internet. Disconnections on my side are impossible. Games like Dota 2, CS2, and Apex Legends run flawlessly with zero network drops — the problem is 100% on this game’s side.
