I burnt out of this game. Honestly, I think it’s healthy not to be invested in one thing for too long. Also, I was kinda disappointed in not getting new civs and the theory that this expansion means no Vikings or Khmer down the road. Then I saw this and it’s really cool. We finally have casual repeatable PVE content. The causal players have finally won!
Yes, I totally agree. I’m very excited to get my hands on it. I really want to play through the whole thing on every difficulty on multiple civs. We’re looking at 8 difficulties, each with their own medals, playable using every civ, extra challenge mode with the conqueror mode, and randomly assigned boons (with some completely altering gameplay).
There’s even a set of masteries and account rewards for it on top of everything else.
It’s super exciting!
It seems like The Art of War with extra factors and further goals.
I like more traditional way to play(skirmish) or historical campaigns.
As I have plenty of other Rogue-lite games to play,I failed to find the reason to play Rogue-lite in AOE4.
I will delay my decision to buy until see real gameplay of Crucible.
tbh, It is not I wanted but, nice to hear someone looking forward it!
