Issue:
I have completed the Crucible mission “Daimyo Dynamics” using Knight Templar Civ on Easy difficulty and received a Gold Medal. However, when I checked the Crucible Mastery progression after the match, there was no progress reflected.
Based on the information shown in the Crucible Mastery Tab in-game, I understand that mastery progression can be completed out of order, which is why I expected this completion to count toward my mastery progress.
I have attached screenshot of mastery progression tree for reference to show the mastery progressions I was expecting to complete.
Mastery Description :
GINGKO’S GRANDEUR - Earn a Gold medal on Daimyo Dynamics. On Hovering info icon you see (A Gold medal can be achieved on any difficulty level.)
INTO THE FIRE - Earn a Bronze medal or better in any Crucible mission. On Hovering info icon you see (Can be achieved on any difficulty level.)

Mastery Description :

Proof of Completion :
I am unable to find the Crucible match in my match history to share the replay screenshot. However, as per my memory, I played the match around 22nd–23rd December. During the match, I used the following three heroes: Hero Springald (Boon), Cavalry Hero (Boon), and Grenadier Hero (Objective recruit).
Trigger Event:
I am not sure if this section is applicable for this type of issue, but immediately after completing the game, I checked the mastery page and noticed that the progression had not been updated.
Repro Steps:
I do not believe this issue can be reproduced on my account.
