Issue: Crucible perk points are still gone after the update

Trigger Event: I just don’t know when I turn on the game yesterday it was all gone.
(what was happening at the time of the issue. this could be an action you or another player took right before the issue started)

I don’t want to play this bullshit anymore. it was more than 15,000 of perk points.
all achievement is already cleared, and all the records are still in there, only perk points are all gone.
the times that I spent over this contents is more than a 200 hours and I have nothing now because of this bug.
all difficulties are got locked again.
I hope the developers must consider that all gained progress refund work to all players.
until I got my lost stuff back, I will never touch this contents. even a game.
it’s kinda lame and I’m very disappointed for this.

do we really have to grind this points from the very first step? all the time?
give me back all of my progress or i’m just quit
all I did is just trust the game developers and enjoyed the game.
and the result is very disgraceful. it’s Extremely critical Emotional Damage.
