When following the standard procedure for creating additive files, I.E. adding name_mods to the XML file name and adding the proper culturesmods suffix to the main XML tag, it does not apply its changes to the game.
Trigger Event:
Applying the additive file process to cultures then loading the game to see its changes not apply.
Repro Steps:
Create a cultures_mods.xml file, following all standards for additive modding as the other files do.
Populate the file with information similar to an existing culture.
Thanks, I hadn’t thought of that. The data files that support additive modding are many more than I knew. Do you know of any other cases of files generated by DebugOutputGameData that are bugged or unsupported through the additive system besides “cultures.xml”?
