ISSUE EXPERIENCED

after updating the datamod, some players that are affected by this issue they can’t seem to play. game will show them that they are downloading but after joining a lobby, game allow lobby to start without saying their files are incomplete, then proceeds to drop them at start of game.
a data mod is not UI that can be turned on/off, yet their screenshot shows it like an UI mod for some reason. I think the biggest problem is somehow players have very slow connection to microsoft’s server, and its only worsen by the fact that people CANNOT unsub while downloading (even when no downloading is happening).
if players could force stop, and force unsub, then they could download from the lobby which is much faster.
also the speed of players get from countries like HongKong or Australia or China is very slow for some reason. in the below screenshot, the said player is on a gigabit internet from Hongkong… yet they only getting few KB/s download speed at best from microsoft server or ingame mod manager.

game correctly get them to download file and lobby will NOT start and let host know their files are incomplete, also attached video below.
