Custom dataset takes an excessive amount of time to load, and the same goes for leaving the lobby after the dataset is loaded.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Load a dataset
  2. Cancel the lobby

already made a complaint. it sucks for us modders who constantly need to load stuff repeatedly but the feature to support custom icons in the future as part of datamod requires this.

funny thing is currently the feature for custom icons in datamod doesn’t even work aside from ROR so this is just a time waster right now

I know about the icons since AOE 2 HD. Not a real problem for me.

Any dataset/scenario is taking too long to load and lobbies are getting errors. Which is very annoying. Let’s remind everyone that forgotten empires were once modders like us. We’re not asking for much. Just fix these simple issues. Also a progress percentage to the mod download icon in the lobby. This feature even exists in HD.
