Custom Technology name and descriptions not appearing in game

I have this custom Unique Technology for a Custom Civ with the correct details in the key-value-strings file (as seen in the comments as an example)

However, when I actually go into the game and hover over the technology, it only shows the cost:

What exactly could be the problem here? I also have the language file locations in AGE pointing at my custom key-value-strings files
