Issue:
Buildings which are damaged clearly have flames and smoke, and in the original game, they had burning sound effects to go along with it, but no burning sounds seem to be present now. This is either due to a bug or an oversight, and this should be fixed as it’s not only bland and unimmersive for buildings clearly on fire to not have any sound associated with that, but also removes one of the indicators that important buildings are damaged that would remind players to repair them.
I have encountered another issue where sound effects are cancelled if the animation they’re associated with finishes earlier than they do, even when they shouldn’t be, which could possibly be the culprit if the burning sounds are tied to the animations of damaged buildings (though I cannot test this due to another issue with the animation viewer).
