Issue: Kaufu had pathing issues and couldn’t find a comfortable spot to build. His build cycle kept getting interrupted.

Trigger Event: Had many other Kaufu building a Wonder.

Repro Steps: Have many Kaufu tasked onto building a Wonder. I had the Wonder set as a way point for one TC that had them on auto queue
