I have a fairly decent computer. I bought a never been used Dell Optiplex 7060 SFF. Everything is running perfect. I have a 32gb of ram specific to the computer. i7-0700 processor. Samsung 2tb m.2 nvme drive with tons of room. I even have a GPU (AMD Radeon RX 550 4GB GDDR5 ITX). But with all that I consitently have dark AofE 3 everything. The menu shows the options and left bar screen and outlines of selections fine. All windows in the game work and everything else but all game play is dark. See the screen captures attached. I have the updated drivers of every single component on this computer and other games run perfectly. What is going on with this game?? I ordered the game key from a trusted 3rd party company and loaded it into steam no problem and I run it from steam. Can anyone help? All time favourite game and i cannot play it.
Try to verify file integrity of the game through Steam, sounds like a corrupted installation.

AMD cards have at times had big issues.
As eaglemut says you should first try to verify the files of the game and if that doesn’t work make sure your drivers are up to date.
