Patch 10257 - Delhi Sultanate.
I can’t believe this hasn’t been addressed. If it’s not a bug, could you please communicate to a player what is an exception to this building? I thought Men at Arms are “melee” units.
From the description of the tooltip in the tech tree for the Tower of Victory.
Melee and ranged infantry who move near this Landmark permanently gain about +15% attack speed.
Upon testing, to my dismay the Men at Arms are not given any speed boost when positioned within the Tower of Victory. Again, if it’s not a bug, please communicate to the player what are the exceptions.
