hardened spearmen now takes 210seconds to research, the base time of that technology is 30s, so if it delhi feudal research time is x3,5 should take 105s, or even if it was x5 like pre patch it should be 150s

I think the base time to research this is 1 min, so 3m 30s should be correct.
It’s 30 for other civs and Delhi for the previous version. Probably the tester was garrisoning a scholar in a barrack, maybe?
1 min is for veteran upgrades. It’s the hardened upgrade that is incorrect.
