Destroying packed Mongol landmark still makes your units stuck

I want to remind the devs that this is still an issue. There was another thread about this but it’s already locked. This just happened to me in my last game.

How to repo: Destroy a Mongol landmark in packed form. Units nearby its 4x4 will be stuck after it tries to “build” a destroyed version of the landmark.

How it should be: It should be a destroyed packed cart instead. Maybe have it glowing to let it know it’s a landmark. Units should be free to move around.

The last landmark my units got stuck with was the Steppe Redoubt
