Exactly, When I have 100 production buildings and am constantly fighting I am going to individually select the house of wisdom to produce 2 discounted units once every 90 seconds and those units will probably never see the day since there are tons of units queued in my normal buildings which will insta spawn as population is freed after I lose units.
