Over a month now and i cant play this game. Super frustrated!

I thought it was just me in this situation! I’ve already opened 3 tickets and they simply stop responding and send me the link to the guide that I’ve already done about 10 times.  
A total lack of respect for consumers, poorly made game and even worse customer service.
