Civilizations in languages with diactrics are sorted in unexpected ways.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open the civilization picker

Normalize diacritical characters so that they are alphabetized alongside the base letter (as was the case before).

:arrow_forward: IMAGE

In this image Éthiopiens is sorted at the end of the list in French, making it harder to find.

I can confirm this behavior for the german language as well. “Äthiopier” (Ethiopians) is sorted at the end of the list.
