Different performance for different language

ISSUE EXPERIENCED
The problem I met is that as a Chinese user I find that the performance in Chinese is lower than in English, especially when trying to select multiple units by dragging a box. A fps drop can be discovered.

Here you can see from the video (link at the end of the article) that the fps differences.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Almost every time. Actually this happened during last beta.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Trying the same game in different language. (Here I only have the feedback for English and Chinese)

EXPECTED RESULT
Same fps for different languages.

ACTUAL RESULT
The game works better in English.

This should be looked into. I’ve also seen other reports that players with special characters in name cause the game to lag noticeably.

I got the same issue when trying to select multiple units by dragging a box. Thanks for pointing it out.

yes this exists in beta too. still not fixed. can notice it in Japanese version as well.
