Getting queued up with a party after every game, and resetting bans, is a terrible mechanic. Especially when you have to search through a randomly-organized Recently Played list instead of having something that made sense, like having the most recent teammates first.
Was this seriously something that was even asked for?

As soon as I click multiplayer after a match I’m back in the queue with my old teammates. Never saw that problem happen.
Maybe you and your friends are playing on the old patch

one year old anniversary of this thread… but also it is a good point, and would be nice to see it fixed
