Just bought the game via Steam AoE 2 Def.
The screen is jumping and only stops in window mode.
Anyone have this problem and fixed it?

Are you witnessing some sort of flickering?
Do you have latest drivers installed?
Can you provide more details about your specs?
I had to turn on V sync for it work. Yes all Drivers are updated
