ISSUE EXPERIENCED
DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL (below). LIMIT TO ONE BUG PER THREAD.
If double clicking a renamed unit/building/hero (renamed either by Change Object Name OR Modify Attribute: Object Name ID), it will select ALL visible RENAMED objects of the same class or object group (e.g. cavalry, infantry, towers) - instead of visible identical objects (e.g. all Tarkans, Serjeants, Sea Towers).
I’ve noticed the issue since sometime this spring - possibly one of the many bugs from the big April update, but I’m not sure. I thought someone else would have reported it by now, but I don’t see it elsewhere in the forums.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!
Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- In Scenario Editor, place several different Player 1 objects of the same class/object group (e.g. different cavalry, which includes all melee cavalry units & heroes, except Scout Cavalry for some reason).
- Use one or several trigger effects to change their names.
- Test scenario and double click a renamed object.
The issue is the same whether you use Change Object Name or Modify Attribute.
When using Modify Attribute, it makes no difference what Quantity you type (as long as it’s a valid number), what Operation you use (Set, Add, Subtract etc.) or what you write in the Name box (as long as it’s not empty).
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
Double clicking my renamed Tarkan should select all my visible Tarkans, not my renamed Leitis, renamed Jogaila etc…
