Doubt about the ranked

Greetings to all,

I have a question about ranked team. If you are 15 days or more without playing, do you lower your rating? The thing is that I have after the rotation of the maps about 40 points less than elo.

I havent had any ELO decay for inactivity.

By the way I just checked it and I have -15 points of rating without lose my last game, just because I have been 15 days without playing. You can check it if you want.

Rating decay for inactivity is a thing for higher ratings. I think it is after 2 weeks and for ratings above 1500.
