AoE2DE\widgetui\textures\campaign\phcam1 is a duplicate of AoE2DE\widgetui\textures\campaign\ccam1

The ccam1 textures are referenced in ccam1.json (Victors and Vanquished). I assume phcam1 was an older name for this expansion and someone just forgot to remove the texture assets. This does not affect gameplay, but this is an extra unnecessary 91MB.
