Hi Guys, I played on other Dutch which had about 11 or 12 banks. How did he do it, since the limit is 7?
5 as standard, 2 extra from the 2 cards that increase build limit of banks by 1. If you send the dutch church card and research the unique technology coffee trade you can get 2 more banks which takes it up to 9, age 5 gold upgrade for dutch at the capitol building gives them +2 bank limit so that takes it up to 11.

You can have 9 banks. Then 2 more in imperial age.
