The Dutch Home City customization “Evening light” is missing the fog effects of the same customization in legacy. And honestly, the version in Legacy just looks better

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Select the Dutch Home city

  2. Apply the Evening light customization

  3. Observe the lack of fog

The fog effect should be there
