Eagle and Dolphin (River) do not use their icons

Issue:

Icons for the decorative animals Eagle and Dolphin (River) exist in the game files, but they are not used at all.
As said animals are not selectable during a game, their icons are normally unseen, but since they already exist, anyway, they should be used. The unselectable Hawk also uses its icon, for example.

The unused icons:

Repro Steps:

  1. In the Scenario Editor, open the Place Object tool.
  2. Look for Eagle and Dolphin (River) and select them. In both cases, there is only a question mark instead of the proper icon.
